My name is Gloria Bustos and I was born and raised in Southern California. I earned my degree in Human Development from the University of California, San Diego. I have ten years of experience working in Early Childhood Education. I started working in Early Childhood Education because I love helping children discover who they are in Christ as well as helping families to strengthen their child’s foundation for lifelong learning.
My name is Emily Sanchez, but my students call me Ms. Emily. I enjoy helping children make discoveries about themselves and the world around them. But most importantly, my passion and my prayer is to help your child build a love and trust in Jesus as deep as my own. I joined the staff of West Valley Christian Preschool in 2018 and I’m looking forward to taking part in your child’s educational and Christian journey.
Hi, my name is Mrs. Brittany Parise. I feel so blessed to be joining the West Valley Christian School family! I was born and raised outside of Cleveland, Ohio. This past June, my husband, Tony and I, with our three children (Matthew, Vanessa, and Anthony), and our dog Chase, relocated to the West Valley from Erie, Pennsylvania. Driving here, across the country, was the first time I had ever been out west. As a pediatric nurse of over 11 years, with experience as a Sunday School teacher and Awana Cubbies leader, I heard God calling me to care for His children in a new way and to pursue full time teaching. I am beyond excited to partner with you to build the foundation for Christ to develop each of your children for a life of service to make an eternal impact. I truly believe it is never too early to be a Warrior for Christ!
My name is Mrs. Sarah DeCastro, but my preschool friends call me Ms. Sarah. I was born and raised in Southern California. I earned my degree in Early Childhood Education from College of the Canyons in Santa Clarita, CA. I continued my education at The Master’s University and California State University of Bakersfield. I enjoy developing children’s love of inquiry through Science. As a teacher, I want to guide your child toward becoming a lifelong learner and prepare the foundation they need to make an impact for Christ. I feel so blessed to be teaching at WVCS Preschool with an amazing team that shares my commitment to Jesus and His teachings!
