If you are interested in applying to West Valley Christian School, please note the following timeline and steps below, in order to apply and plan ahead!

Enrollment Timeline

  • Take a Tour: We would love to show you our campus. Tours can be scheduled throughout the year, including summer months. To schedule your tour, please click here

  • Inquiries: Open Enrollment for the upcoming school year will begin in February. However, if you are looking for a Christian school now, you may inquire about enrollment at any time by simply calling our office or clicking here!

  • Scholarship Season: There is a season to applying for financial assistance through various organizations. The season is typically January - May.

✔️ ADMISSIONS CHECKLIST

  1. SCHEDULE A TOUR
    Taking a tour of our campus is highly recommended and encouraged, but not required. The tour can be scheduled by clicking here.

  2. COMPLETE THE ONLINE APPLICATION

    K-10TH GRADES: Create an Application Account by clicking here to begin the application for admissions. Most forms are filled out online, IEP/ISP and/or 504 plans uploaded online and the application fee is due upon submission. Teacher and Church Leadership recommendation are required to be submitted before moving to the next step.
    PRESCHOOL: To begin the Application process for our Preschool, complete an online application by clicking here. Before submitting your application and payment, verify with the preschool director Jonathan Medina that there is availability.   3. COMPLETE SCREENING

    Once the application is submitted and recommendations are received, the admissions office will email a link to schedule your student’s screening.

  4. FAMILY INTERVIEW

    A family interview is required prior to acceptance into West Valley Christian School. Once the screening is complete, the admissions office will email a link to schedule the family interview with one of our principals.

  5. ADMISSION DECISION

    Each family will receive an official email communicating the admission decision for your student. Upon acceptance, families will be directed to complete our online enrollment process. The Enrollment Fee is due upon submission.
