9:30PM | Event ending and check-out

Attire: Celebrate the evening in classic Derby style; fascinators and bow ties are encouraged.

The event is held on grass lot so plan accordingly with footwear. The event is also fully outdoors so please dress in layers and check local forecast for weather.

Our annual West Valley Christian School dinner and auction fundraiser will be held on the evening of April 10, 2026 at the W.T. Gladden Event Center in Buckeye, AZ. Grab a friend, wear your derby attire, and get ready for a fun time of food, fellowship and fundraising with West Valley Christian School families, friends, staff and Christian education benefactors! This is an adults-only event.

Each year God is faithful to provide and sustain West Valley Christian School. Funds raised at this event with go directly toward the expansion and upgrades happening at WVCS with the addition of the new middle school building and high school classes. Our school serves over 470 students between preschool-high school grades and our growth is only made possible with support like yours! We value donations and sponsorships from local businesses and individuals like you.
